2H 2026 IPA SMB Sales Challenge

Terms and Conditions

1. The campaign objective is to drive commercial revenue growth in the following market (India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam) scale the AI PC driving refresh, sell up, and premium MSS winning leading with the Intel vPro® platform powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra.

2. This campaign is open to selected resellers (each) in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

3. Qualifying Product purchases of Intel®-based OEM branded systems that contain an eligible Intel® component from an Intel® Authorized Distributor, or an Intel® Approved Device Supplier within the participating countries during the campaign period. The purchases with eligible SKUs (Appendix A) must be made from Intel-authorized branded distributors (Appendix B) and appear on Intel branded distributor's sales out report tracking for Q3 - Q4 in 2026.

4. Campaign duration; 1 July to 31 December, 2026.

5. Top 3 partners of the country for each sales category will win the prize. The winners are notified early January 2027.

   • Category 1: (Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors Volume)

     Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors Series 3, Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors Series 2 (200H/ 200HX/200U/200HX Plus/200K/200T)

   • Category 2: Intel® vPro® -Eligible Core™ Processors Volume (refer to Appendix A)

     Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 3 & Series 2) with Intel® vPro® Eligible Core™ Ultra Processors

   • Category 3: Overall Volume

     N series, 14th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors, Intel® Core™ Processors (Series 1, Series 2, Series 3) & Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 1, Series 2, Series 3)

6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated by Intel. Points awarded must be used in accordance with Intel® Partner Alliance policies.

7. Intel will award Points within 60 (sixty) days of the end of the Campaign Period, subject to Eligible Winner’s compliance with the Rules.

8. Intel reserves the right to disqualify any partner found to be engaging in fraudulent or unethical sales practices.

9. Intel reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

10. All decisions made by Intel regarding the campaign and its winners are final.

11. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving prizes.

13. Intel will use the personal information you provide during registration and in connection with the Program to administer the Program and for the purposes described in Intel's Privacy Policy. This may include sharing your information with Intel's authorized third-party vendors who assist with Program administration. By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
