How to Win:

  1. There are 3 Sales Competition Categories in total: Purchases of qualifying Intel®-based OEM branded systems that include an eligible Intel® processor (Appendix A).

    • Category 1: (Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors Volume)

      Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 1), Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 2)

    • Category 2: Intel® vPro® -Eligible Core™ Processors Volume (refer to Appendix A)

      14th & 13th Generation Intel® vPro® -Eligible Core™ Processors, Intel® vPro®-Eligible Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 1 & 2)

    • Category 3: Overall Volume

      [14th & 13th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors, Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 1 & 2)] + YoY Growth Rate %

  2. All products must be purchased from an Intel® Authorized Distributor or Intel® Approved Device Supplier (refer to Appendix B).

  3. Partners must first achieve the minimum entry volume to be eligible to compete and win prizes.

  4. Partners must be enrolled in the Intel® Partner Alliance (IPA) program.

How to Join:

  1. Sign up for Intel® Partner Alliance: Partners must be current Intel® Partner Alliance members. If you are not already a member, resellers will need to SIGN UP NOW!

  2. Sales Tracking: Sales of eligible purchase will be tracked through authorized distributor reporting.

  3. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by end-October 2025 via email.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The campaign objective is to drive commercial revenue growth in the Philippines and Vietnam market & scale the AI PC driving refresh, sell up, and premium MSS winning leading with the Intel vPro® platform powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra

  2. This campaign is open to selected resellers (each) in Vietnam and Philippines.

  3. Qualifying Product purchases of Intel®-based OEM branded systems that contain an eligible Intel® component from an Intel® Authorized Distributor, or an Intel® Approved Device Supplier within the participating countries during the campaign period. The purchases with eligible SKUs (Appendix A) must be made from Intel-authorized branded distributors (Appendix B) and appear on Intel branded distributor's sales out report tracking for Q2 - Q3 in 2025.

  4. Campaign duration; April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025.

  5. Partners must meet the specified entry volume targets for their respective country and sales category to be eligible for prizes.

  6. Top 3 partners of the country for each sales category will win the prize. The winners are notified end of October, 2025.

    • Category 1: (Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors Volume)

      Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 1), Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 2)

    • Category 2: Intel® vPro® -Eligible Core™ Processors Volume (refer to Appendix A)

    • Category 3: Overall Volume

  7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated by Intel. Points awarded must be used in accordance with Intel® Partner Alliance policies.

  8. Intel will award Points within 60 (sixty) days of the end of the Campaign Period, subject to Eligible Winner’s compliance with the Rules.

  9. Intel reserves the right to disqualify any partner found to be engaging in fraudulent or unethical sales practices.

  10. Intel reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

  11. All decisions made by Intel regarding the campaign and its winners are final.

  12. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving prizes.
